📌 Return & Refund Policy – Doggy Dash Toys

Thank you for shopping with Doggy Dash Toys! We value your trust and want you to have a smooth experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.


🔹 Returns

Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, Doggy Dash Toys does not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference.

We only accept returns if:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo/video proof of the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return or replace the product.


🔹 Refunds

Refunds are only granted if:

  • The product is not delivered within 45 days of order confirmation (unless caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer).

  • The item is damaged or defective on arrival and we are unable to send a replacement.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.


🔹 Non-Refundable Situations

Doggy Dash Toys cannot offer refunds or returns in the following cases:

  • Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • Customer no longer wants the product after shipment.

  • Minor differences in color, texture, or packaging from product photos.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
